Electronic locksmith in Warsaw - installation of fingerprint, Bluetooth and telephone locks with on-site visits
Want to open your door with your phone, a swipe of your finger, or a code? Mobile Service Warsaw installs electronic and electric locks and access control devices in apartments, houses, offices, and commercial premises. We help you choose the opening method, install the devices, launch the app, and prepare user permissions. Our work includes configuring compatible readers, keypads, communication gates, electric strikes, and controllers. We determine what will happen after authorization, who will manage the installation, and how to conveniently use it every day.
We serve all 18 districts of Warsaw and accept requests for transport to locations within an approximate radius of approximately 100 km from the city center. Distance is defined as the radius on the map; the route by car may be longer. We confirm the specific address, date, and conditions of arrival on a case-by-case basis. Below, you'll find descriptions of the districts, application examples, and a list of 200 selected locations.
If you've already purchased equipment, please send us its full identification and photos of the installation site. We'll verify installation requirements, the space for the electronic drive or sign, the reader's location, and the possibility of power supply. For wireless devices, we assess communication conditions with the door closed. The brand name isn't enough: the model, generation, regional designation, and a list of compatible accessories are also important. A pre-prepared order allows us to determine the scope of work before arrival and reduces the risk of purchasing components that won't work together.
Fingerprint, code, and phone access – choose the convenient combination. The biometric reader can be integrated with an electronic escutcheon or built into a separate keypad compatible with the lock. During setup, the user registers their fingerprint according to the device's instructions. We then test fingerprint recognition in a natural position at the entrance. If the system offers an additional authentication method, we also demonstrate its operation. A family member can use a fingerprint, and an invited guest can use a suitably restricted code, provided the selected system supports such settings.
The phone can perform various functions: opening doors within direct Bluetooth range, managing users, or sending commands via the internet. These options are selected separately. Remote control requires a manufacturer-provided communication method, such as built-in Wi-Fi or a compatible gateway. The "Bluetooth" label alone does not confirm operation from any location. During installation, we separately display the door entry and remote operation, provided it has been ordered and properly activated in the given configuration.
Configuration on the owner's account. Electronic access should remain under the control of the person managing the premises. We activate devices on the designated account, organize door names, and separate day-to-day permissions from system administration. The owner learns how to add a user, restrict their access, and remove permissions. They don't need a shared account for all door users. In larger installations, we also determine who will be responsible for changing schedules and keeping the list of active IDs up to date.
Before completing the work, we perform agreed-upon tests: correct authorization, rejection of inactive authorizations, scheduled operation times, and device response to door closure. We verify the notifications available in the specific system and explain the meaning of the displayed states. Locking status and leaf closure information can be provided by various system components. If you need to ensure that the door remains open, we include the appropriate sensor or signaling instead of assigning this function to each lock.
Power supply and daily maintenance after installation. In the battery kit, we demonstrate battery level monitoring, warning messages, and the manufacturer's recommended battery charging or replacement procedures. In a wired installation, we select the power supply for the devices and discuss the need for continuous operation. The input's operation after a power outage depends on the design of the entire solution and the intended use of the access point. This is determined before installation. Users receive practical instructions for their system, including what to do if the internet connection is lost or the phone runs out of charge.
Once activated, you can request a change in your needs: an additional user, a new reader, a gate relocation, or expanding the installation with additional doors. The scope of expansion depends on the hardware and software capabilities. Our service is also described on our page dedicated to biometric and electronic locks in Warsaw.
What electronic locks do we install and configure?
We present examples of locks and electric access control devices. We coordinate the installation of a specific model after reviewing the door, hardware version, planned accessories, and control requirements.
Nuki Smart Lock Pro: Local and Remote Control
In the case of the Nuki Smart Lock Pro, we're checking the generation, as the Pro name itself has appeared on various devices. The fifth-generation model has built-in Wi-Fi, supports Matter via Thread, and uses a rechargeable battery. We can configure an internet connection without adding a Nuki Bridge. Alternatively, communication via Thread requires appropriate smart home infrastructure. During commissioning, we determine the control method, perform calibration, and verify commands in the app. The customer receives an explanation of which functions operate at the door and which use a remote connection. In a rental apartment, clear separation of owner and guest access is particularly important.
Nuki Smart Lock Ultra: we check the installation compatibility separately
The Nuki Smart Lock Ultra also offers built-in Wi-Fi, Matter via Thread, and a rechargeable battery. It's a separate design, so we don't automatically transfer the installation specifications from the Pro model. We verify the exact kit requirements, and after installation, configure the drive and selected integrations. We also help select convenient automatic locking settings. We test internet access from a phone using cellular data to confirm operation outside the local network. We also conduct a separate door test. This ensures the owner understands how to use both communication methods in everyday situations.
Nuki Keypad 2 and Keypad 2 NFC: code, finger and device proximity
The fingerprint reader can be located in an additional external panel. The Nuki Keypad 2 NFC supports codes, fingerprints, and the Tap to Unlock function. The manufacturer distinguishes between Nuki app mode and smart home mode, which requires appropriate devices and digital access support. During configuration, we check the phone, watch, control panel, and lock compatibility. We don't associate the NFC tag with support for every identifier. We select the panel location, add users, and demonstrate the selected mode. The owner should also be able to independently revoke permissions that are no longer needed.
Tedee PRO: app, bridge and biometric access
Tedee PRO allows you to organize electronic entry control from the app. During configuration, we distinguish between a local Bluetooth connection and functions using the Tedee Bridge connected to Wi-Fi. If the client requires codes and fingerprints, we verify the Tedee Keypad PRO package. Adding and managing fingerprints requires local Bluetooth communication as specified by the manufacturer. We can prepare accounts, organize roles, and configure the panel with the user. Before handing over the installation, we test access using the selected method and explain the device's power supply.
Tedee GO and GO2: software version matters
The Tedee GO and GO2 families must take into account current software capabilities. The manufacturer provides Matter support via Thread for selected GO and GO2 devices, requiring the appropriate firmware version and a configuration code. Launch also depends on whether the customer is using Tedee accessories. If the Keypad PRO, Bridge, or Door Sensor are to be used, we prepare them according to the order described by the manufacturer. In the Matter system, we verify the appropriate Thread Border Router. The customer receives a structured configuration, instead of several independent settings whose interaction remains unclear.
Tedee GO2 Z-Wave: a solution for a compatible control panel
The Tedee GO2 Z-Wave is a separate variant designed for control by a compatible Z-Wave controller. It should not be considered a standard GO2 with an additional switch in the app. The manufacturer specifies different integration and compatibility rules for accessories. For example, the Keypad PRO in this set can support PIN codes but does not support fingerprint recognition. During installation, we verify the control panel, supported communication security, and the method of granting permissions. We particularly consider this variant when the electronic input will be part of an existing automation installation.
Yale Linus L2: Wi-Fi on Your Device
The Yale Linus L2 has built-in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, allowing for local and remote entry control. We configure the Yale Home app, household access, and available automation settings. We check the door signal, as convenient online control requires a stable connection. We separately verify selected Yale accessories and current integration capabilities. The name Linus L2 Lite denotes a different variant: remote control via the Yale Home app requires a ConnectX Wi-Fi bridge. Therefore, before purchasing, please ensure you fully identify the product. This allows you to immediately prepare a complete set that meets your expectations.
Aqara Smart Lock U200: External Panel and Matter by Thread
The Aqara U200 combines an internal drive with an external panel that allows, among other things, the use of a code and fingerprint. The manufacturer also indicates support for Apple Home Key and Matter via Thread. Before implementation, we verify Apple devices or the selected smart home platform, as well as the required Thread Border Router. Available input methods are configured separately and tested with the user. When installing the panel, we consider comfortable height, power supply, and environmental conditions. The owner can then choose a method that best suits their habits, and we confirm its operation on a real-world set of devices.
SwitchBot Lock Pro: Local Bluetooth and a Proper Hub
The SwitchBot Lock Pro can work locally via Bluetooth. For remote control, it requires a compatible SwitchBot hub, so we verify the components of the purchased kit. The Keypad Touch panel supports fingerprint recognition, codes, and NFC, while the range of functions depends on the selected accessories. Installation includes drive configuration, pairing components, and a test run at the entrance. If the user wishes to integrate Matter, we verify the appropriate hub and current system compatibility. We also help set up notifications so that the owner receives information relevant to their property use.
SwitchBot Lock Ultra: Configure Your Select Kit
The SwitchBot Lock Ultra also requires a hub for remote control, while local Bluetooth control can work without one. The manufacturer offers various kits with external panels. Keypad Vision adds facial recognition to fingerprint, code, and NFC; Keypad Touch has a different range of features. During the installation process, we carefully describe which panel the customer will receive and what will be activated. We verify the connection to the hub and supported integrations. We plan expansion based on the compatibility of the specific kit, as similar brand names do not replace device specifications.
LOQED Touch Smart Lock: Touch upon recognition of an authorized phone
The Touch to Open feature in the LOQED Touch Smart Lock utilizes the user's phone, Bluetooth, and information about their return home. Touching the external panel does not automatically trigger fingerprint recognition. The manufacturer describes compatibility with the LOQED Bridge connected to Wi-Fi and the antenna system's ability to distinguish the door's direction. During setup, we verify app permissions and practical operation on the owner's phone. If considering the LOQED Pure, we confirm the optional Touch Display. The basic Pure version does not offer an external touch panel or PIN entry at the door.
Danalock V3: We're testing a specific connectivity option
The Danalock V3 is available in Bluetooth, HomeKit, Bluetooth with Zigbee, and Bluetooth with Z-Wave versions. Not every configuration uses the same central unit and the same startup path. We verify the device's identification, firmware, and required Danabridge V3 and Danapad V3 accessories. The manufacturer also describes the functionality changes to the HomeKit version depending on the update. This allows us to properly plan local control and connection to the selected system. During handover, we show which app the user uses to manage access and where to check the device's status and automatic operation settings.
TTLock: a platform used in various devices
TTLock is a control and integration platform, so the application name itself doesn't identify a specific lock. Code, card, fingerprint, and internet connection capabilities depend on the device and its hardware. The platform documentation distinguishes between Bluetooth support, communication gateways, and devices with direct network connectivity. Before installation, we verify the hardware manufacturer, manual, and compatible gateway. Then, we prepare permissions and selected access features. For rental properties, we also determine how the owner grants and revokes guest access and how they verify that changes have reached the device.
Salto XS4: electronic fittings for companies and accommodation facilities
The Salto XS4 family includes electronic escutcheons designed for system-wide access management. The XS4 Original+ variants utilize supported RFID credentials, as well as mobile Bluetooth LE and NFC. Exact compatibility depends on the Salto model and platform. During implementation, we coordinate the access list, user groups, and permission update policies. The solution can encompass offices, rooms, and back-office areas. We plan electronic installation in conjunction with existing system management to ensure each device is assigned the appropriate role. We do not accidentally combine components from different configurations.
dormakaba c-lever pro and c-lever compact
Dormakab c-lever electronic escutcheons allow you to configure access based on supported RFID identifiers and, in appropriate versions, mobile credentials. The manufacturer offers various equipment options, including wireless solutions. This means that the inclusion of a smartphone in the system requires verification of the specific device. During configuration, we coordinate the access granting method and compatibility with the management platform. We organize permissions for individual rooms within the company, and after installation, we test them with the appropriate user IDs. This provides the administrator with clearly prepared access control.
ASSA ABLOY Aperio H100: wireless system handle
The Aperio H100 houses the electronics and reader in a battery-powered handle. In online configuration, it communicates with a compatible access control system via a dedicated hub. This solution requires system integration, not simply adding the device to your home Wi-Fi network. We verify supported credentials, the H100 version, the controller, and the communication method. During installation, we prepare the correct door assignment and authorization test. We carefully coordinate this type of installation in offices where the new device will be compatible with existing access control and its administration.
DOM Tapkey Guard: Access from smartphone and ID
In the DOM Tapkey Guard family, the manufacturer describes electronic escutcheons using the Tapkey platform. These variants support MIFARE identifiers and phone access via NFC or Bluetooth Low Energy. Before implementation, we verify the exact model, phone compatibility, and user management method. We do not assign the same equipment to the entire family. Installation includes activating the electronics, configuring permissions, and verifying selected access methods. For multiple rooms, we determine which users can use which doors. The owner receives instructions on how to add a user and subsequently revoke access.
Effeff 118 and Locinox MODULEC-SA electric strikes
The electric strike is an actuator in an electronic installation: its operation is controlled by a specially designed circuit. Within the effeff 118 family, we verify the full designation, voltage, permitted power supply, and equipment of a specific version. For gates, consider the Locinox MODULEC-SA, available in E and R versions with different power-up behavior. We select the component for the prepared access logic, install the appropriate connections, and verify its compatibility with the intercom or controller. The test includes both the access granting command and the return to the set state. Parameters of one version are not transferred across the entire series.
Roger MC16: electric strike and lock control
Roger MC16 controllers are part of the RACS 5 system. They communicate with the software via Ethernet, and compatible peripherals can use the RS485 bus. The controller manages access, while the electric strike or lock executes the installation command. During commissioning, we select the configuration, license, readers, and actuator control method. We program permissions and agreed-upon schedules. We verify status signals and power supply operation. This setup allows for streamlined operation of multiple entrances, but its capabilities depend on the specific hardware and software configuration.
Matter and Home Key – the scope of integration. In Matter devices via Thread, we include the appropriate Thread Border Router. Matter support does not automatically imply the availability of Home Key, biometrics, or all the features of the manufacturer's app. We verify selected input methods on user devices.
Electronic lock installations in all districts of Warsaw. The descriptions below show examples of electronic access applications. Street addresses help define the project area, and links lead to official district portals. Each installation is tailored to specific doors, users, and desired operation.
Electronic lock installation in Warsaw, Bemowo. In Bemowo, we accept applications from the Powstańców Śląskich, Lazurowa, and Górczewska areas. For example, a family might be looking for convenient electronic access for both smartphone users and a senior who prefers a clear keypad. We begin the conversation with the household members' daily habits. We demonstrate how to use the PIN and determine whether the buttons and messages on the chosen device are understandable to everyone. The height of the reader is also important. The phone can be an additional method for those who want to use the app. After installing the electronic lock, we allow everyone to practice entering without rushing. The owner learns how to change the code and manage access for other household members. If the device has already been purchased, we check its compatibility with the door and the required accessories.
Electric locks in Białołęka – preparing access at a gate. In Białołęka, we schedule work in the area of Modlińska and Światowida streets. An example of a problem might be the desire to install an electric strike at a gate where power is not provided. The owner has already purchased a PIN reader, but simply screwing in the devices doesn't solve the entire problem. We inspect the existing installation and determine the required connections, the location of the controller, and the wiring. Only then do we determine the complete scope of the installation. We also discuss who will use the entrance and how to manage access for household members. After commissioning, we test its operation, from entering the code to the response of the electric strike. If some equipment has already been installed, we assess its usability. The owner receives instructions on how to operate it and indicates the location of any devices required for future service. This ensures that the order includes preparing a functioning entrance, and all necessary work is discussed before installation begins on the property.
Electronic Access Bielany – Separate Zones in a Practice. In Bielany, we service the areas around Kasprowicza, Marymoncka, and Żeromskiego Streets. For example, in a practice, the waiting area might be accessible to clients, while the back office should remain staff-only. We then determine which entrance requires an electric lock and how employees should use it during a typical day. Individual RFID badges can be convenient for the team. The manager also needs the ability to revoke access for one employee without changing the settings for others. We discuss this step with a specific example. We install the agreed-upon electric strike or lock, along with a compatible reader and controller. During check-in, we walk the user's actual route: from the client-accessible area to the back office. We verify that the settings correspond to the established practice organization. If the premises already use electronic access, we organize the assignments and diagnose any reported issues. The owner receives instructions on their installation, allowing them to independently make basic changes to the list of authorized users.
Electric lock installation in Mokotów – supplier's reception and entrance. In Mokotów, we accept orders in the Wołoska, Woronicza, and Czerniakowska areas, as well as in Stary Mokotów. For example, an office reception desk may need to be able to admit a supplier after confirming the purpose of their visit. Daily employee access is a separate task. We consider these two scenarios when selecting the controller and the entrance management method. We determine who will release the electric strike or lock, and how staff will use their RFID identifiers. We verify component compatibility and necessary connections. After installation, we role-play a short scenario with the user: the supplier reports their arrival, reception confirms the visit, and activates the agreed-upon function. We then test the employee's entry. These tests allow us to assess the system's usability in everyday tasks. If the existing button or reader is malfunctioning, we diagnose the cause.
Ochota electronic locks – access validity period in a rented apartment. In Ochota, we schedule installations at Grójecka and Banacha Streets, Rakowiec, and Szczęśliwice. For example, an apartment owner might want the previous user's PIN to expire at a predetermined time. Before selecting the device, we confirm the availability of this feature and demonstrate how subsequent stays will be managed. We also determine who will manage the account and be responsible for updating access rights. After installing the electronic lock, we prepare a sample with a short access validity period. The owner verifies the start and end of its operation. We also discuss rescheduling the date if arrangements with the apartment user change. We configure the application on the manager's account, and we perform basic tasks together during handover. If the client already has a device, we verify its actual capabilities rather than assume all features are available. This installation includes both hardware installation and preparing a clear user experience for the owner or designated administrator.
Electric locks in Praga-Południe – staff access to the back of store. In Praga-Południe, we service the Grochowska and Ostrobramska areas, Grochów, and Gocław. A typical problem might involve a store where several people share a common code, and the owner wants to implement individual authorizations. We verify the capabilities of the existing controller and reader. If the devices support the planned change, we organize the configuration and assign RFID tags to individual employees. If modernization is necessary, we agree on the scope of electronic equipment replacement. The owner can then test the situation of losing a single tag: designate the correct user and revoke their access. We also discuss preparing a new authorization. Installing an electric strike or lock involves matching the components to the specific back of store entrance. We conduct a functional test under conditions consistent with normal store operation. This solution can also be useful for a small restaurant where several staff shifts use the service area. We determine the scope based on the organization of the premises and the capabilities of the installed equipment.
Electronic lock installation in Praga-Północ – limited space at the entrance to a workshop. In Praga-Północ, we schedule work in the areas around Markowska and 11 Listopada Streets, Stara Praga, and Szmulowizna. For example, a workshop owner might choose a device whose housing is too large for the available space at the door. In such a situation, we begin with measurements and verification of installation requirements. We conduct an assessment before preparing the holes and wiring. We help match the electronic equipment to the specific entrance and the desired method of operation. For workshop employees, individual PIN codes or RFID identifiers can be considered, depending on the selected package. After installation, we test the reader's ease of use: the user should be able to comfortably approach and perform the required action. The manager learns how to add and remove access. We diagnose the problem with existing equipment before recommending replacement. By identifying space constraints in advance, the installation scope remains specific and tailored to the actual workshop conditions.
Electronic access in Rembertów – testing phone operation with the door closed. In Rembertów, we accept reports from the areas around Gen. Chruściela "Montera", Żołnierska, and Marsa streets. For example, a customer might report that Bluetooth works well during device setup, but the connection behaves differently at the intended entrance. We then test the device in its actual location, including with the door closed and metal objects present. We determine the exact point at which the problem occurs. We verify the phone's configuration and device requirements, rather than assessing operation solely on a table. If the device has a compatible PIN keypad, we also discuss its use by household members. We combine electronic lock installation with a daily test of operation from the entrance. For properties with a workshop, we separately define access to the residential and commercial areas. The owner receives an explanation of the settings and an indication of what information should be provided with the next service request. This helps us more efficiently identify problems related to specific usage.
Electronic locks in Śródmieście – entrance to a shared workshop. In Śródmieście, we service the areas around Nowogrodzka, Nowy Świat, Piękna, and Muranów streets. For example, a single workshop can be used by people conducting their own classes at different times. The owner then needs a clear list of users and a simple way to update access. We discuss whether individual PIN codes or RFID identifiers would be more convenient. We verify the capabilities of the selected controller and select a compatible electrical element at the entrance. During configuration, we define permissions so that the administrator recognizes individuals without the need for additional notes. We also practice terminating one user and preparing access for the next. During installation, we discuss the accessibility of the room so that the owner can plan classes accordingly. If the workshop already has electronic equipment, we assess the scope of necessary changes. Acceptance includes the normal entry of several designated individuals and a discussion of administrator settings. The most important result is orderly operation of the shared space, where users change, but access management remains clear.
Electric strike and electric lock service in Targówek. In Targówek, we accept orders in the areas of Kondratowicza and Radzymińska Streets, Bródno, and Zacisze. An example of a request might be a reader signaling acceptance of an ID, but the electric strike doesn't respond as expected. We begin the diagnosis by reproducing the symptom and checking individual installation components. We verify access settings, controls, connections, and power supply. Based on this, we determine the necessary repair or replacement of the specified device. Correct reader response alone is not enough: after completing the work, we check the entire user's entrance. In a company, a similar problem can impede the use of a warehouse, or on a property, the operation of a gate. We tailor the scope of service to the specific installation. If the client is planning a new installation, we help prepare a compatible electric strike, controller, and RFID or PIN control method. The person responsible for the entrance receives an explanation of the changes made and instructions on how to check the basic operation of the devices during daily use.
Ursus electronic lock – changing a phone while maintaining the owner's account. In Ursus, we schedule installations at Sosnkowskiego and Cierlicka Streets, Skorosze Street, and Niedźwiadek Street. For example, an electronic lock might work properly, but the problem only arises after purchasing a new smartphone. The user doesn't remember which account the device is associated with. We help determine the correct app and verify the owner's access to the existing account. We then follow the manufacturer's procedures. We activate the service on the new phone and verify the connection at the target entrance. We also ensure that changing one person's phone doesn't inadvertently change their permissions. Upon delivery, the owner performs the basic tasks themselves. We can also install the new device and organize the user's family management from scratch. This training includes the information needed for the next phone change, so the owner knows which data applies to their account and where to find the settings for their existing system.
Ursynów electronic locks – household members using different access methods. In Ursynów , we service the areas around Komisji Edukacji Narodowej Avenue, Pilecki and Rosoła, as well as Natolin. For example, one person might prefer to use their phone, while another might prefer to use a compatible fingerprint reader without accessing the app. We verify that the selected device allows for both methods and how to assign them to the correct household members. We conduct the conversation taking into account daily habits, as operation should be convenient even when simply returning with groceries. We install the electronic lock and the necessary accessories. Then, each authorized person tests their method at the entrance. The owner learns how to manage the user family and delete outdated entries. If the device is already operational, we can help add another household member after confirming the system's capabilities. We also use the acceptance process to clarify who administers the system. This ensures that users know who to contact for access changes and how to perform basic tasks.
Wawer electric lock installation – clear authorizations for multiple entrances. In Wawer, we accept applications from Anin and Falenica, as well as the Płowiecka and Żegańska areas. An example is a property with a house, a gate, and a separate utility room. The owner wants to assign different people access to designated areas. Before installation, we write down who will use each entrance. This helps avoid confusion when configuring multiple devices. We select compatible electronic locks, electric strikes, and controls according to the entrance needs. We use user-friendly names in the settings. Then, together, we verify the user's access rights: which areas they should access and where their authorization should not apply. Therefore, the inspection also includes ensuring that access has been assigned correctly. With an existing set, we can organize descriptions and remove outdated users as directed by the owner. We match PIN or RFID support to the devices and property layout. Each user receives an explanation of the areas they will actually use.
Electronic access Wesoła – a convenient reader at the gate. In Wesoła, we schedule work in the area of 1 Praski Pułk and Okuniewska Streets, Groszówka Street, and Wola Grzybowska Street. For example, an owner may notice that the proposed reader location requires the user to awkwardly reach or back up at the entrance. Before installation, we check the approach to the gate and the available space for the device. We determine convenient operation using a PIN or RFID tag. We also assess the feasibility of preparing the required connections to the electric strike and controller. We discuss the installation's appearance and its daily use. After installation, the owner performs normal entry using the chosen method. This test allows for identifying any issues not reflected in the device description. If the request concerns a previous installation, we check for possible improvements to the reader's positioning. Final explanations include authorization management and basic message recognition. We tailor the scope of work to the specific gate and device compatibility, rather than selecting a mounting location solely based on product photos.
Wilanów Electronic Locks – Organizing Access for a New Family. In Wilanów, we service the Klimczaka, Przyczółkowa, Vogla, and Zawada areas. For example, a family moving into a home with electronic equipment may need to verify who is still on the user list. We discuss appropriate administrative access with the owner and management options for the existing system. We help organize permissions according to their instructions and manufacturer procedures. We then prepare the system for the new members. This may include an app and a compatible fingerprint reader, if such equipment has been selected. Each person practices their own entry method. We also discuss granting access to a trusted person and its subsequent withdrawal. If a device needs to be replaced, we verify the new electronic lock's compliance with installation specifications. The owner receives clear information about the current access rights and basic administrative tasks. This service helps them begin using their home with an organized system, whose settings meet the current household members and their actual needs.
Electric lock installation in Włochy – office and warehouse entrance. In Włochy, we accept orders on Krakowska and Dźwigowa Avenues, as well as in Nowe Włochy. For example, in a company with frequent deliveries, the warehouse entrance is used differently from the office entrance. We discuss the goods receipt process and employee needs with the manager. We determine who will operate the electric lock during delivery and what permissions other users have. We base the selection of an electric strike or lock on the specific entrance and control compatibility. We can prepare an RFID reader for staff. After installation, we review a sample delivery process: notification, passage operation, and return to normal use. We separately test office employee access. We diagnose any disruptions that arise during normal company operations within the existing system. We can also streamline the configuration after a warehouse reorganization. The installation handover includes training for the personnel actually operating the entrance. This ensures that the settings are understandable for the administrator and the staff responsible for receiving deliveries.
Electronic locks in Wola – team changes without cluttering with permissions. In Wola, we service the Wolska, Towarowa, Okopowa, and Mirów areas. For example, an office might have electronic access, but the user list includes people who have left. The owner needs to organize the settings and establish a clear procedure for the future. We verify administrative access and the capabilities of the existing controller. Then, we update RFID permissions or individual PIN codes according to the agreed-upon list. We practice adding a new employee and withdrawing access for a departing employee. We also discuss how to describe users so that each entry is easily recognized after a few months. If the premises require new installation, we select a compatible electric lock and reader. During acceptance, we verify both the operation of the access point and the access rights of the designated users. The administrator performs basic tasks independently, using a prepared configuration. This implementation helps maintain order in an office where team composition changes, and responsibility for assigning permissions should remain clearly defined.
Electronic locks in Żoliborz – installation in an already completed workshop. In Żoliborz, we accept applications from the Słowackiego and Popiełuszki areas, Stary Żoliborz, and Sady Żoliborskie districts. For example, a workshop owner may want to add electronic access after completing an interior renovation. They'll want to determine mounting locations and the required wiring before work begins. We review available solutions and the requirements for the selected device. We discuss the installation method and the appearance of the elements visible at the entrance. Individual PIN codes or RFID identifiers can be prepared for multiple workshop users, depending on the system's capabilities. After installation, the owner checks the access control and access management for colleagues. We also discuss adding additional users at a later date. For existing equipment, we assess which devices can be used after confirming compatibility. The acceptance includes the operation of the electronic lock and the completion of the agreed-upon installation work. We plan the entire project around a specific location to ensure the solution fits the finished interior and remains convenient for everyday use.
Electronic locks in the Warsaw area – examples of needs and installation scope. The location influences accessibility, and we tailor the solution to the users and the intended use of the facility. The presented scenarios make it easier to describe your project during the initial conversation.
Piaseczno, Józefosław and Konstancin-Jeziorna: electronic entrance adapted to the rhythm of household members
In a multi-occupancy home, an electronic lock with a fingerprint reader and individual codes can be a convenient solution. For example, parents may want to use biometrics, while a housekeeper may want access only on specific days. During installation, we verify that the chosen system actually allows for such authorizations.
A similar setup could be considered in Julianów, Mysiadlo, Zalesie Górne, or Góra Kalwaria. After launch, we demonstrate how to add users, change the code, and read device messages. If the client requires phone control, we explain the difference between a Bluetooth connection at the door and remote access, which requires appropriate features and equipment. Before selecting a lock, we verify its compatibility with the specific door.
Pruszków, Piastów and Brwinów: personal rights to a small office
In an office setting, a partner, employees, and a cleaning company may require different access hours. Electronic access control allows for streamlining these rules if the selected devices support appropriate schedules. We prepare a proposal that includes an RFID card or key fob reader, a controller, and the appropriate actuator. The owner should be able to easily revoke access from someone who has terminated their employment.
In Brwinów, Pruszków, and Piastów, we can also plan for gradual expansion of the system to additional rooms. For example, access to the common area is granted to the entire team, while access to the back office is limited to selected employees. Before installation, we verify the feasibility of this division and how to manage it. Upon handover, we practice with the administrator how to add a sample ID, change its permissions, and effectively revoke access.
Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Milanówek and Żyrardów: code for a guest in the apartment
A person managing a rental apartment may need an electronic lock that allows for the provision of a temporary PIN code. In an example scenario, a guest receives access for the duration of their agreed stay, and after that, access expires. Before selecting a device, we examine how the manufacturer implements this function: time settings, available apps, and any internet connection requirements are all important factors. We show the manager how to verify access before the guest arrives.
Such installation can also be arranged in Podkowa Leśna or nearby towns. We agree on separate permissions for the apartment owner and staff, a method for monitoring power supply, and rules for changing administrators. If the manager owns multiple apartments, we verify the possibility of systematically assigning devices in the app.
Ożarów Mazowiecki, Błonie and Sochaczew: electric strike at the entrance to the company
For example, a service point might need to open the entrance with a button from the reception desk and a reader on the employee side. In this case, we consider an electric strike compatible with the appropriate control. We review the door's design, available mounting space, required power supply, and wiring. We also determine whether the device will be compatible with existing access control systems.
A similar problem may occur in Duchnice, Płochocin, or Teresin. During implementation, we assess daily traffic through the entrance and guest service. For example, an owner may want to welcome customers through the reception desk, leaving employees to enter independently after identification. During commissioning, we test the functionality of the button, reader, and the included signaling. We also explain how to report irregularities and which device information is best retained for future use.
Łomianki, Stare Babice and Izabelin: electronic lock for home office
In a home where professional meetings are held, the owner may want to restrict access to a specific room. An example solution is an electronic lock operated by code or phone, accessible only to authorized individuals. During the conversation, we determine whether access should be permanent, temporary, or variable depending on scheduled visits. We check the door hardware, select a compatible device, and prepare settings that align with the meeting schedule.
This request can also be submitted from Laski, Leszno, Kiełpin, or Dziekanów Leśny. If the phone is to be used for Bluetooth access, we test the functionality on the owner's device at the entrance. We discuss how to share permissions with another person and then remove them. The goal of the configuration is simple, understandable access to the office and the ability for the administrator to manage users independently.
Legionowo, Jabłonna and Serock: access control in the service office
In a physiotherapy or beauty salon, for example, employees can use the back office at different times than customers in the service area. An RFID card system allows for assigning access to individual users, if the chosen configuration allows for such allocation. We discuss the daily organization and the number of users with the owner. Based on this, we plan the placement of readers, entry control, and permission management.
In Chotomów, Wieliszew, Nieporęt, and the Serock area, electronic access to a shared room could also be considered. For example, several specialists work shifts and each requires their own ID. Upon check-in, we demonstrate how to grant access to a new employee and remove an unused ID. We verify system performance in the operational scenarios anticipated by the project and provide the administrator with the information needed for daily operation.
Marki, Ząbki, Wołomin and Radzymin: biometric reader for selected users
In a family home, a fingerprint lock can simplify daily returns from school, work, or shopping. For example, adults choose biometric entry, and we create a separate PIN for the household member using a code. Together with the family, we determine a convenient entry method and the person responsible for access control. We select a compatible device, configure the selected entry methods, and verify their operation with the household members at the door.
Installation can also be arranged in Kobyłka, Zielonka, Słupno, and nearby towns. Upon startup, the user practices correct identification and using the reader's messages. The administrator learns the procedure for adding and removing saved users. If the client chooses biometrics, we discuss the available settings for storing and deleting data on the device. Each example requires individual hardware selection, as the presence of a fingerprint reader alone does not determine the full capabilities of the system.
Otwock, Józefów, Karczew and Wiązowna: electromagnetic lock in entry control
In a commercial facility, an electromagnetic lock compatible with a reader and control system could be considered. An example requirement involves a controlled passage between the customer reception area and the back office. First, we assess the door type, installation conditions, power supply, and requirements for using the passage. The selection also takes into account safe exiting of the premises. We do not consider a lock as a universal solution that fits every entrance.
A similar scope can be discussed in Duchnów, Celestynów, or the Wiązowna area. We discuss with the manager who will open the passage and how the system will respond to the planned control signals. The configuration may, for example, include employee IDs and a service button, if this fits the design. After installation, we test the entire system and explain the operating rules to those responsible for the facility.
Sulejówek, Halinów and Mińsk Mazowiecki: modernization of electronic entrance control
An existing office might already have an electric strike, but the owner wants to add a code or card-based entry system. For example, we begin by identifying the controller, power supply, and connections. We verify whether the existing components can be connected to the planned reader and what modifications will be required. We also determine the expected number of users and the method of future access management. Only then do we prepare a modernization proposal.
This request can also be submitted from Okuniewo, Długa Kościelna, or Dębe Wielkie. After adding new components, we test the permissions of a sample user and the operation of other control methods. The owner receives instructions on how to change codes, add identifiers, and recognize system messages. If the devices do not provide the required compatibility, we discuss the scope of their replacement with a suitable set. It is the result of the entire installation that matters, not just adding another reader to the wall.
Tarczyn, Grójec, Wyszków, Pułtusk and Płońsk: planning assembly at a specific address
In the wider Warsaw area, you can report the installation of an electronic lock at home, a reader at an office, or access control at a commercial facility. Before preparing for the visit, please provide photos of the door, labels for existing devices, and a description of the expected functions. This conversation will determine whether you need access via fingerprint, PIN, ID, telephone, or a button controlling an electrical component. Each option requires verification of the installation conditions.
We also accept inquiries for Warka, Mszczonów, Nasielsk, Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, and other towns within a radius of approximately 100 kilometers from the center of Warsaw. The radius indicates the area on the map; the actual route may be longer. Accessibility, scope of work, and deadlines are determined individually.
200 locations—installation of electronic and electric locks with individually arranged access. The list covers 93 cities and 107 smaller towns. Each name leads to a map, and the administrative context helps distinguish towns with similar names. These are selected locations within the approximate service area, which also includes parts of the Łódź and Lublin Voivodeships. The radius is approximately 100 km from the center of Warsaw; the actual driving route and the location of a specific address require separate arrangements. You can also inquire about a town not listed.

Locksmith Warsaw – emergency opening and lock replacement
Konrad Wiśniewski | Tel. 570 933 114 | Access 24/7
My name is Konrad Wiśniewski, and for years I've been a locksmith in Warsaw and the surrounding area – emergency door opening, lock installation and replacement, and repair of mechanisms that have jammed or simply worn out. It's one of those services that people often use at the worst possible moment – a locked door in the evening, a lost key before leaving, a broken key in the lock in the morning before work. That's why I strive to provide a quick service and a clear price right away over the phone, without overcharging someone who's already stressed.
I'm writing this so that anyone who finds my website knows exactly what I do, how much it costs, what types of locks I install, and which areas of Warsaw I travel to most often – without marketing fluff and without pretending I'm a large corporation with dozens of teams. I'm just one person (sometimes I work with an assistant on larger projects) who knows about locks and is always willing to help.
What I do every day
The most common calls I get are from people who've locked themselves out – it's a classic, it happens to everyone, nothing to be ashamed of. You go out to throw out the trash, the door slams shut, and your keys are left inside. Or you come home from work, reach for your keys, and discover you've lost them somewhere along the way. In these situations, I try to get there as quickly as possible – in Warsaw alone, it's usually within 10–20 minutes, depending on where I am and the traffic.
I do emergency openings so as not to damage the door or frame, if possible without damaging it – this depends on the type of lock and whether it's locked inside (which can be more difficult) or just slammed shut. Sometimes it can be opened without a trace, sometimes you have to damage something to get in, and in those cases, I always say this directly before starting work, not after the fact.
Apart from the opening itself, I also deal with:
- installation of new locks – both in new doors and replacing old ones with new ones
- repair of mechanisms that jam, are difficult to operate or the key is difficult to insert
- selecting the right insert for a specific door – this is not obvious, because a poorly selected insert can jam or not fit the existing handle
- opening garages and entrance gates when the mechanism gets stuck or the remote control stops working
- emergency car opening if someone locks themselves inside with the keys
What locks do I install and repair?
Over the years, I've dealt with virtually every type of lock available on the Polish market, so I'll briefly describe what's what, as customers often confuse these terms, and this helps determine what's actually going on during a phone call.
A mortise lock is the most classic type, mounted inside the door leaf – most apartment entrance doors have one. Solid, durable, and if of good quality, it can last for many years without any problems. I most often install Gerda, Winkhaus, and Lob Lock – these are the three brands I rely on most often because I can be sure of the quality and easily obtain spare parts if something breaks.
A surface-mounted lock is mounted on the door's surface, not inside – it's visible from the outside as a separate element. It's more common in gates, garages, and older wooden doors where milling the door leaf for a mortise lock isn't possible (or not worth it).
The cylinder insert is the part where the key is inserted – the most common type in apartments. Replacing just the cylinder, without replacing the entire lock, is often the quickest and cheapest solution if, for example, someone has lost their keys or the previous tenant has moved out and you need to be sure no one else has access.
A multi-point lock , sometimes called a multi-lock, locks the door in several places simultaneously – at the top, middle, and bottom. This is standard on newer security doors and makes a real difference when it comes to security, because a burglar doesn't have one point to break into, but several.
I'm installing electronic and code locks more and more often because people want the convenience of being able to open doors with a code, proximity card, or phone, without having to carry keys. This is a good solution for short-term rentals or offices where you need to control who enters and when.
Self-locking locks lock automatically, without using a key, simply when the door is closed – convenient in offices and some apartments, although they are the most common cause of calls about someone locking themselves out, so I recommend them with caution in places where someone tends to forget their keys.
Gate and garage locks are a separate category – they must be weather-resistant because they are outside all year round, so I choose different materials and mechanisms for them than for interior doors.
I install master key systems mainly in offices and housing estates where the manager or owner needs one key to open many doors, while maintaining separate keys for individual tenants.
I install top-class anti-burglary locks , such as the Gerda H12 or similar solutions from Winkhaus, where maximum security is truly important – single-family homes, apartments, places with safes or more valuable equipment.
How much does it cost approximately?
I always try to quote a price on my phone before I arrive so no one is surprised. As a rough guide, it looks like this:
- emergency apartment opening – from PLN 150
- emergency opening of a single-family home – from PLN 180–200
- emergency car opening – from PLN 200
- replacement of the standard insert only – from PLN 120
- installation of an anti-burglary lock – from PLN 250, depending on the class and model
- repair of the lock mechanism – from PLN 50
If someone decides to replace the lock cylinder immediately upon opening (which I often recommend, especially if the keys are lost and not just locked inside), I offer a discount on such a package – instead of paying for two services separately, it works out cheaper.
The final price, of course, depends on the specific situation – a simple locking in a standard mortise lock is priced differently than opening a burglar-proof door with multi-point locking, which requires more precision and a longer period of time.
Where do I go?
I work throughout Warsaw, without exception, and in the nearest towns around Warsaw.
In Warsaw itself, I most often find myself in the city center – both the old tenement buildings around Marszałkowska Street, Nowy Świat Street, and Konstytucji Square, as well as the newer apartment buildings on Aleje Jerozolimskie. In tenement buildings from the turn of the 20th century, you sometimes have to approach the door differently, as the doorframes are older and more susceptible to damage, so I work more carefully.
In Wola, I service apartments on Wolska and Chłodna Streets, as well as newer developments near Rondo Daszyńskiego and the Muranów and Koło estates. In Mokotów, I regularly travel to the areas around Puławska, Woronicza, Domaniewska, and Sobieskiego Streets – this district boasts a large number of both apartment blocks and villas in Stary Mokotów and Sadyba, where I often install high-end burglar-proof locks.
In Praga-Północ, I work mainly in the area around Targowa, Ząbkowska, and Stalowa Streets – there are also a lot of older tenement houses, similar to Śródmieście. In Praga-Południe, I most often come across Grochów, Gocław, and Saska Kępa, near Ostrobramska and Grochowska Streets.
Ursynów includes Puławska Street, Komisji Edukacji Narodowej Street, and Wąwozowa Street – both apartment blocks in Ursynów North and South, as well as houses in quieter parts of the district. Bielany is mainly Chomiczówka and Wrzeciono, near Kasprowicz and Marymoncka Streets. In Ursus, I work on Gierdziejewskiego Street and near the Skorosze housing estate, and in Bemowo on Powstańców Śląskich and Górczewska Streets.

Wawer is a unique district, dominated by single-family homes—Radość, Międzylesie, Anin—so I often drive to gates and garages, not just the front door. Targówek is Bródno and the area around Radzymińska and Kondratowicza Streets, while Ochota is primarily Grójecka and Szczęśliwice Streets.
Outside of Warsaw itself, I regularly commute to Pruszków, Piastów, Legionowo, Marki, Ząbki, Józefów, Piaseczno, Otwock, Wołomin, and Sulejówek. In towns near Warsaw, the commute usually takes me 15–30 minutes, depending on the exact location and time of day.
When is it worth calling me?
The most common situations that people come to me with are:
- locked door, keys left inside
- lost keys and the need to replace the lock or the insert itself for security purposes
- a broken key in the lock that is stuck inside the mechanism
- a lock that has become difficult to operate or the key is difficult to insert
- the previous tenant moved out and the locks needed to be changed to be sure who has access
- the desire to increase the level of security – replacing a standard lock with an anti-burglary or multi-point lock
- locked garage or entrance gate
- being locked in a car with the keys inside
If any of these situations apply to you, call now; don't wait until things get even more stressful. I try to answer my phone at all hours because I know that lock failures don't always occur during office hours.
Why is it worth calling me?
I do it myself, I know what I'm doing, and I don't try to push anyone to a higher price upon arrival than I quoted over the phone – unfortunately, this happens often in this industry: someone hears a low price, only to end up paying twice as much on the spot because the client is already in need and has no choice. I don't work that way. If the situation on-site is different from what I heard over the phone – for example, a lock turns out to be much more complicated than I expected – I say so right away, before I start the job, not afterward.
